Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Manager at Super Save Produce, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Your duties will include evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and effectively managing staff by assigning duties and responsibilities. You will study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
You will determine which merchandise and services to be sold in our store, implement price and credit policies, and develop effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. Additionally, you will plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates must have hands-on experience with point of sale systems, accounting software, and inventory control software. Proficiency in using electronic mail, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Outlook, and familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential. Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the retail or grocery industry is highly valued.
Schedule & Working Hours
This is a permanent full-time position requiring 30 to 40 hours per week. The work schedule includes early morning, morning, day, and evening shifts to ensure proper store coverage throughout the day. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate the operational needs of the business.
