Working Pattern

Essential Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications

Essential Experience

Applicants must demonstrate computer literacy with the ability to use clinical systems and online decision support combined with a reasonable typing speed. Experience working in primary care, OOH, or Urgent Care settings is essential, along with an up-to-date understanding of modern primary care delivery in an OOH/urgent care setting.

Main Duties

As an Out of Hours Urgent Care Salaried GP, your primary responsibilities will include providing timely clinical care to gtd healthcare out of hours patients in the form of advice or face-to-face consultation. You will ensure appropriate referrals for further management, proactively communicate with the Lead Senior Clinical Practitioner and Senior Care Co-ordinators, and work within the prescribing formulary while taking account of the minimum length of prescribed treatment.
