Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods, including authentic Korean BBQ dishes. Menu Planning and Development

The Chef will supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers. Inventory and Cost Management
The Chef will estimate amounts and costs of supplies and food items, maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. This involves analyzing operating costs and other data to optimize food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Kitchen Operations
The Chef arranges for equipment purchases and repairs, ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently. This includes overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service
The Chef will prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring all dietary restrictions are properly accommodated. Qualifications and Experience
