Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and Staff Management: As our Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. You will manage a team of 11-15 nail technicians and support staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any staffing issues promptly.
Customer Service Excellence
You will serve as a point of contact for clients, especially those with special needs or specific service requests. Inventory Management
