Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our leadership team. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting directly to our Board of Directors. Compensation Package
We offer a competitive weekly salary of $2,884.62, which translates to an annual income of approximately $150,000. This position requires approximately 50 hours of work per week. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including dental plan and health care plan to ensure our executives maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
As CEO, you will be responsible for establishing strategic objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs that drive our mission forward. You will represent Ramen Danbo in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf, ensuring our interests are protected and advanced in all business dealings.
Strategic Leadership
You will play a pivotal role in planning and controlling the organization’s budget and expenditures, ensuring financial health and sustainability. This includes determining and establishing office procedures and routines that optimize operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in carrying out administrative activities of the establishment and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures across all departments.
Financial Management
A key aspect of this role involves assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. You will be responsible for financial forecasting, resource allocation, and ensuring that all financial activities align with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in financial management will be critical to our organization’s long-term success.
Organizational Development
You will lead organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. This includes talent management, succession planning, and creating an environment where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
