Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Social Media Analyst to join our administrative team. This role combines traditional administrative duties with social media management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who excels both in office management and digital communication. Salary and Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 CAD, with bi-weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours. Position Responsibilities
As a Social Media Analyst at Fifty Shades Immigration Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and managing digital databases, scheduling and confirming appointments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Administrative Duties
Your administrative responsibilities will include answering telephone calls and relaying messages, responding to electronic enquiries, and resolving conflict situations as they arise. You will perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is properly maintained in our systems.
Office Management
You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and establishing work priorities while ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will co-ordinate and plan for various office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Financial Responsibilities
This role includes assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. You will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required by management. These financial responsibilities provide valuable experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Record Management
You will set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring all records are properly organized, secured, and accessible when needed. This includes implementing best practices for information management while adhering to privacy legislation and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
